Research Presentation – Training Events with Professor Shazia Choudhry
Here are all the useful instructions to follow the 3 training events which will be carried out with the professor Shazia Choudhry – of the University of Oxford – on research The family justice response to domestic abuse, focused on the secondary victimization of judicial decisions regarding child custody in situations of paternal violence.
The research – in whose realization some D associates actively participated.i.Re – was presented at the University of Oxford on 3 October 2024 (with a speech by Marcella Pirrone for D.i.Re) and on 18 September this year in Strasbourg, as part of a discussion between experts from the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) and the Council of Europe's Istanbul Convention experts (GREVIO).
Organized by D.iFor members and external professionals, the presentation of the research in Italy—as well as the presence of Professor Choudhry—represent an interesting training opportunity that we invite all members not to miss.
