OUR NUMBERS | Annual data survey of anti-violence centers D.i.King
Every year we monitor and collect data from the Network's anti-violence centers to make male violence against women, its characteristics and the ways in which it is carried out more visible.
Even if these data are not able to provide us with a precise picture of the prevalence and incidence of violence suffered by women on the national territory, because the distribution of the centers is not homogeneous, it is possible to have an interesting insight into the women who access the anti-violence centers.
This activity is also a useful tool to understand the evolution of violence, the needs of women, social and political deficiencies and to give a concrete response to gender-based violence.
