LAWYER GROUP
The group of lawyers of the D network.i.King brings together professionals who deal with the defense of the rights of women harmed by male violence and aims to promote judicial practices for the benefit of women and their minor children.
The Group examines the most innovative Italian and international jurisprudence on the subject e collaborates with specialized magistrates on the subject of gender-based violence to develop and disseminate practices and interventions suitable to safeguard the rights and freedoms of women.
The Advocates Group has presented an important matter to the Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSM) national research on the experience achieved in the anti-violence centers relating to general and applicative problems - both in criminal and civil matters - in the field of violence in intimate relationships.
This research was the basis of the first resolution of the CSM on the treatment of domestic violence in criminal and civil matters in 2009 and the next resolves on the same issues of 2014.
