Light Route

To respond to the needs that have emerged in the network, the “Light” path, a more streamlined proposal focused on some fundamental modules for working in anti-violence centers and shelters.

The comprehensive program, with its broad structure, remains the most appropriate choice for ensuring comprehensive training consistent with the project's objectives.

The Light path, on the other hand, is designed for those who were unable to join the extended program or had felt discouraged by the number of hours required, still offering concrete tools for professional and personal growth in digital areas applicable to daily work.

The Light program enhances soft and digital skills: stress management, effective communication, storytelling, teamwork, and social media management. Thanks to practical workshops and opportunities for discussion, participants will be able to share experiences, learn concrete strategies, and strengthen their digital network.

The Fund selects and supports training and digital inclusion projects for different population targets such as NEETs, women, unemployed and inactive people, workers at risk of unemployment due to automation, students of lower and upper secondary schools, social economy operators, prisoners and people in vulnerable conditions. The objective is to evaluate the impact of the supported training projects and replicate on a larger scale those deemed most effective in order to offer best practices to the Government so that it can use them in defining future national policies.
